Hugsy is hiring! We are looking for a dedicated, skilled and motivated clinical researcher to become part of our team.
As a clinical research analyst for Hugsy you will work on medical studies designed to measure the effectiveness of the Hugsy Comfort Set in NICU/Post-IC care for premature infants. The clinical research will be conducted in a hospital and you will work alongside professionals within the medical field. Work responsibilities include coordinating and conducting the clinical research studies, collecting data, and overseeing protocols. You will also act as a liaison between supervising physicians and other medical staff such as nurses. The end result will be a scientific article written about the clinical research studies for publication.

This is what the job is all about:
Collaborate with Hugsy CEO Sylvie Claes on writing methodology for the trial.
Set-up and execution of the trial process; providing clinicians with clear instruction on how to conduct trials, retrieving and authenticating data collection, overseeing protocols.
Representing Hugsy and maintaining relations with Hospital contacts.
Archiving reference documents.
Writing scientific article for publication for the Hugsy Comfort Set in 2018.
Salary, contract period and hours of work will be negotiated with suitable candidate.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor or Master degree in nursing or a life sciences field. If you are currently studying, this position can also be arranged as an internship.
Highly organized, strong analytical, problem-solving, research, math, and statistical skills
Good problem-solvers with a solid understanding of scientific data collection and management methods.
Solid verbal and written communication skills are necessary in both Dutch and English, as is the ability to interact with healthcare professionals, researchers, clinical trial sponsors and trial participants.
Accessible to Eindhoven and trial locations during clinical trials
Duration of trials to be arranged with Hugsy.
